What do I need to submit exactly?
You will need to submit 3 pieces of information: 1. The consult booking ID that was sent to you in the booking confirmation email. The booking ID looks like this: 9f05cf37-b8b8-4c40-bd31-9387b7060f7f 2. The name of the specialist who conducted the consult 3. The transcript from the consult video conference. You can generate the transcript by pasting the audio file Jitsi.org creates to the VetRecord platform. Reach out to Dr. Joseph require any support with that workflow.
Where can I find the Consult ID?

I'm getting an error when I try to submit.
There can be several explanation for an error in response to your submission. The most common ones are: - you did not submit a valid Consult Booking ID - You missed one of the 3 fields Reach out to support (jakob@joinomi.com) if you need any support.
